Utility Billing
Overview
Utility Billing Customer Service Clerks and Field Operators are in the division of Finance / Utilities. Utility Billing consists of Customer Service Representatives, Cashiers and Field Operators. It is our job to provide quality service to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Effective November 2, 2012 - The Utility Billing hours of operation are:
  • 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Wednesday
  • 8:00 a.m. - 5:45 p.m. Thursday - Friday

 

Application for new service is processed during the busines hours of 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday - Friday, except on City observed holidays.

Customer Service
Currently, we serve you by:
  • Answering billing inquiries
  • Making adjustments due to leaks
  • Updating customer information
  • Accepting bill payments
  • Permitting payments
  • Accepting housing payments for CDBG
  • Accepting credit card payments by phone
  • Processing senior citizen discounts on garbage
